Communicating with Spectrum

How do I contact someone at Spectrum for help?

• There are currently three methods of contact

1. Phone appointments

2. Fax

3. Email contact

1. If you wish to contact us by phone appointment you will need to email us a request for an appointment.  You should call us from a payphone for the actual call for security reasons.  Include in your email vital information about your case, your name and State of residency and which service you are potentially interested in.  Also include which days are best for you to call us and general times.  We will email you a response with a date and time for you to call us back on a secure phone line.

2. You can send a fax to Spectrum at 1-760-967-8299.  Please send us a legible fax and include vital case information, your name and State of residency and which service you are potentially interested in.

3. Email contact is the best method for communication with Spectrum.
