While most of our procedures, methods and equipment are kept confidential for security reasons we can however divulge a small amount of information to keep you, the potential client, informed and confident in our abilities.  Below is a brief description of some of our basic procedures before and after arriving at a client's location.

1.  Contract:

Client contacts Spectrum Network and requests a contract for specific services.

Spectrum will customize a contract for said client and will email the contract in an expedited manner.

Upon receipt of said contract Spectrum will open a case file for the client and start the 60 day window of arrival (60DWA).

A 60DWA is designed to foil any harasser that may be using eavesdropping to keep tabs on the client.  By creating a 60 day window of arrival Spectrum gains the advantage of potentially observing the electronic harassment "in action" and in real time without either the Client or the alleged harasser knowing the exact date or time Spectrum will arrive on scene.  This increases the chances of obtaining evidence / proof needed for prosecution.  Spectrum has been doing this for years and it is very successful.  See below ICS.

2.  Case preparation:

Spectrum will prepare for your case by selecting agents based upon experience relevant to your case.

The agents will receive a case file and will study the information provided prior to arrival.

Detailed maps and Topographical layouts of your area are given to the agents for strategic implementation of the ICS (initial counter-surveillance).

3.  Arrival at client's location:

Spectrum agents will first confirm case file information, location of client and will secure a base location.

Spectrum agents will perform an ICS generally within 10 hours of arrival.  An ICS consists of a covert counter-surveillance sweep which is performed at no specific time of day.  This initial CS sweep helps Spectrum detect malicious signals in a covert manner.  Upon detection of malicious signals Spectrum agents record and document all findings and try to locate the source of the malicious signal.  Upon locating the source Spectrum Agents will either disable it or contact appropriate authorities before taking further actions.  Spectrum will also make contact with the client informing them of our findings.  If Spectrum does not locate either a malicious signal or source of the detected malicious signal Spectrum agents will make contact with the client and perform the full spectrum sweep inside the home or business location.  During the sweep Spectrum will interview the client to obtain greater details regarding the case history, symptoms and other pertinent information that may help in resolving your electronic harassment.  Once the sweep is completed the information obtained will be pieced together like a puzzle to form a complete picture which will assist in resolving your electronic harassment problem.  Upon location of a hazardous or malicious signal Spectrum will take appropriate and Legal actions to stop it.

4.  Post Case Support:

Spectrum agents will send a paper copy of your completed report to your address to keep in your records or utilize for court proceedings.

Spectrum can assist in court as professional witnesses for cases involving prosecution of alleged harassers.

Spectrum can send a copy of your report to Local Authorities, The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) or FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations).  Spectrum will require a written or emailed authorization to do this.  Spectrum has the right to contact Local Authorities, FCC or FBI without consent if a life threatening signal is located.
