Is electronic harassment legal?

Can someone or some entity LEGALLY harass you or subject you to harmful energy?

THE ANSWER IS YES! CURRENTLY THERE IS VERY LITTLE YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

The Government or Black Government performs electronic harassment research projects which involve Cities and sometimes entire States. These experiments are LEGAL! Why? Because they make the laws that make it legal. Forget Human Rights, we only live here because they (the GOV) allow it. Why are they this powerful? Because we let them get that powerful.

The Government ultimately makes the laws, how can we say something is illegal if the Government says it's legal. Just because it cooks your brain or gives you cancer doesn't make it wrong does it? Tell them that.

Can a private individual use electronic harassment on you? NO

Can the military use electronic harassment on you? Only if it is a Government activity, otherwise NO.

Can a company use electronic harassment on you? NO

Can a corporation use electronic harassment on you? Only if they are contracted to do so by the Federal Government, otherwise NO.

Who has the power to stop electronic harassment? YOU DO

By contacting legislation and congress and having laws made to limit or stop the use of electronic weaponry on humans.

Otherwise we are all potential targets.
