Spectrum was created to combat the growing need for Electronic Harassment Protective Services & Counter Measures.

We conduct Electronic Surveys, Investigative Research, Design and implement protective measures for private citizens, companies and corporations.  We are the pioneers in the field of Electronic Harassment Protection.

Our team members range from former government agents to computer experts.  All team members have met our strict guidelines and are experts in their related fields.  Team members go through field specific training enabling them to push themselves as far as a case calls for, even in extreme situations.

UIN: Founded in the early 90's by current and former government operatives, military intelligence agents and other field specific agents.  

UUE: Our services require us to always be in the forefront of electronic weaponry.  UUE  Specializes in Research and development of even the most advanced electronic weapons. UUE helps us by creating documentation and demonstrations of equipment we encounter in the field.  They also have allowed us access into their most advanced research to assist us in creation of defensive measures.  Without them we would never be where we are today.  

ACCESS ENGINEERING: Founded in 1997 by a computer programmer, an investigator and various military personnel.  They specialize in information on computer hacking, data recovery, programming, reverse engineering of data, spy technologies, tempest technologies and surveillance.
