Sweep & Shield

This service includes the Investigative Research Analysis Service and Installation of Wave-Shield in one room.

Below is a description of the IRA service.  Below this description are details regarding the Wave-Shield installation.

This service is the best and most cost effective. You will receive at least 2 agents. One will be a scientist with experience and understanding of electronic harassment, the science behind it and defensive measures.  You will also receive an investigative research specialist, our IR Specialists have experience and training in many aspects such as surveillance, counter-surveillance, investigative sciences, law, psychology, undercover operations, and computer security.  You will never receive an inexperienced team, we field train all of our staff and test them regularly.  What you get essentially is two experts that will locate, eliminate, and document your situation to ultimately solve your problem.   

The initial portion of this service is conducted covertly.  Due to the secure nature of our methods we do not publish how our covert activities are carried out.  Rest assured that no one will know of our activities or our arrival.  Before contacting the client we perform an ICS (initial Counter-Surveillance) sweep in which we covertly test your area for malicious signals or activity.  We monitor and document anything suspicious and contact the appropriate authorities upon isolation of the source of any malicious signal(s).

Once we announce our presence to the client, we begin a thorough and extensive test of your residence, you and appropriate individuals, vehicles, personal electronics, computers and appropriate areas. On the conclusion of the testing we will inform you of our findings.  We take detailed case history, speculative and factual statements from appropriate parties.  Once we determine the source of the Electronic Harassment, we will take appropriate countermeasures.  You will also receive a report (including a visual rendering of your residence if applicable) detailing our tests, findings and "hotspots" where signals are strongest.

Using a combination of our state-of-the-art equipment, counter-surveillance techniques and hands-on approach we will detect almost any signal within the DC to Infrared bands, this includes:

• DC ELF pulses (includes vibration induction coils, ultrasound pulses and permanent magnets)
• AC ELF pulse (includes harmonics of 50/60hz, induction motor feedback, tesla coils, etc...)
• Low Hz audio to Ultrasonic levels
• Microwave signals (1GHz to 20GHz) and significant RF energy pulses above 20GHz.
• LF to UHF RF signals (DC to 20GHz) (Linear or Digital)
• HP Laser, Infrared, Ultraviolet, visible light spectrum
• Some variations of weak Soliton and Scalar waves
• EMP (most electromagnetic pulses)
• AM/FM transmissions
• High energy static fields
• High voltage ion fields
• Plasma radiation
• Nuclear radiation (includes X-rays, Gamma, Beta and Alpha)

This also includes detection of tracking devices, bugs, wireless surveillance equipment, and other electronic radiation signal emitting devices which fall within our detection ranges. We can also detect metallic and semi-metallic devices.

An extensive sweep of the client's body is also included in which we will sweep for implanted devices, transceivers, receivers, transmitters or other foreign devices.

Also included in this service is the option to have Spectrum contact the FCC, FBI and local authorities on behalf of the client.  We will make a statement or send a copy of the report or summary thereof to the appropriate party only after receipt of authorization from the client to do so.

Travel includes: All applicable airfare, vehicle rental, lodging, food, fuel and other related expenses.

Wave-Shield

Wave-Shield is a new revolution in shielding technology.  Created by Spectrum Engineers, it encompasses the most effective aspects of several shielding technologies.  Including those from the US Air force stealth program, US Naval submarine stealth program and Faraday technology.

Wave-Shield's main ingredients include the following:  carbon nano particles, carbon fibers, proprietary metal particles and flakes.

Once installed and cured it is essentially non-toxic and requires little maintenance.  It can be painted over and have padding, carpet or tile installed over it.  Wave-Shield will usually last more than 20 years inside a home.

It is effective against more than 98% of radiated signals including:  RF energy, Microwaves, Brain waves or neural transmissions, etc...

▫  This price is designated for homes or locations which range from 100ft^2 to 2200ft^2.  Anything exceeding 2200ft^2 will be an additional $1/ft^2.  The IRA service is required for all single client's who are female.  The IRA service consists of a minimum of 2 Spectrum Agents on site.

† Wave-Shield installation requires that the client remove all furniture, wall coverings, blinds and carpeting prior to installation.  Should Spectrum be required to do these services an additional fee will be charged prior to installation.

¹¹  Price includes installation of Wave-Shield in a room not exceeding 10ft High X 12ft Long X 14ft Wide.  Price for overage is $3/ft^2.  Includes 2 layers minimum installed on 4 vertical walls, ceiling and floor.  Also includes door and door frame.  Window silver ion coated shielding material will be supplied to client.  Spectrum does not install window shielding.
