Background & Criminal check w/ Detailed report

We now offer a detailed Background & Criminal check which includes a detailed report. If you suspect someone may be causing your harassment, get them checked out. Includes: Legal Judgments, Bank-ruptcies, Property Ownership, Liens, 30 Year Address History, Relative, Roommate, & Neighbor Information as well as criminal-

sex offender, felony, misdemeanor, and county offense checks.

We also offer an optional court records check which includes:

a physical copy of available criminal records directly from the case file

Computer Physical Firewall Implementation

(CPFI)

Spectrum will send a special box to the client, the client packs their computer system (minus the monitor & printer), UPS will pick it up and deliver it to us. We will install special shielding and RF gaskets to protect the system from attacks and remote hacking.

Included services: virus clean up, implementation of security measures, installation and configuration of security software (includes firewall, virus scan and encryption). Update service available.

Level 2 Sweep (LVL 2)	Full Spectrum sweep of all persons for surveillance, induction and other electronic devices. Requirements: Must live at least 75 miles from a major US city or International Airport. Additional cost for remote or rural areas. Sweep of person(s) is optional.	$1900 Plus travel
Shielding	We can come to your residence and install various types of shielding for personal and property protection from Electronic Harassment signals. Email us for details, Click here.	Passive shielding either blocks, reflects or directs the signals to ground. Generally 90-98% effective. Prices range from $2/ft to $6/ft installed. Active shielding blocks or absorbs, reflects, distorts and can monitor activity. This type of shielding requires a power source. Ranges $10/ft - $22/ft	Prices upon request
Investigative Research Analysis (IRA)	This is our most popular service. This service includes a full spectrum sweep & if necessary includes a full CAD diagram of your residence showing all "hotspots". Also included is a covert counter-surveillance of your home & area, we will take statements from appropriate parties, we will locate and disable the source of the EH¹ and we will give you a detailed report. If applicable we will also contact the FCC, FBI and local authorities on your behalf. Click here for details.	Includes: 3 months post service phone and email support. Shielding devices, security/surveillance system implementation, detection devices are all available options for additional fees. Sweep & Shield (S&S)	This service offers victims the protection that they deserve. The client receives an IRA sweep listed above and one room in their home professionally shielded with Wave-Shield. ** Any payments made to Spectrum for "services" will be made before said services are rendered or performed.

▫ This price is designated for homes or locations which range from 100ft^2 to 2200ft^2. Anything exceeding 2200ft^2 will be an additional $1/ft^2. The IRA service is required for all single client's who are female. The IRA service consists of a minimum of 2 Spectrum Agents on site.

† Nano-Shield installation requires that the client remove all furniture, wall coverings, blinds and carpeting prior to installation. Should Spectrum be required to do these services an additional fee will be charged prior to installation.

¹¹ Price includes installation of Nano-Shield in a room not exceeding 10ft High X 12ft Long X 14ft Wide. Price for overage is $3/ft^2. Includes 2 layers minimum installed on 4 vertical walls, ceiling and floor. Also includes door and door frame. Window silver ion coated shielding material will be supplied to client. Spectrum does not install window shielding.
